Of course it's the weekend when I need advice

I'm 6w3d and have a sore throat, there is a single white patch on my right tonsil and my left tonsil is just swollen and red. I'm also have some nausea. No fever at all. My doctors office is of course closed until Monday. Should I go to an ER or Urgent care and get checked out? I would usually wait til Monday if I wasn't pregnant, but my concern is of course if this is Strep if it'll effect my baby. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks so much!
