My boyfriend lies about the stupidest little things and it's soooo annoying. For example today he said he was at the river all day so he didn't text me back all day. But the guy he was with I see his snapchat and they didn't go to the river till almost 4 o'clock! Idk why but it bugs me so much.. But I often find him in little lies like this and idk why he doesn't just tell the dang truth!! It's not like imma be mad!! Omg this frustrates me!!

My ex was like that too. He lied about the littlest, most ridiculous things ever! 
Once I asked if he ever had braces Bc his teeth were super straight. He said "no but it looks like it" then proceeds to check them out in the mirror. A month later we were visiting his mother and she says "you should smile more and show off how expensive that smile was"
It was just dumb things like that and it made no sense to lie about them lol.

Yes all the time ! And mostly it's the dumbest shit ! It's very aggravating! He lies about every little thing for the most part. I couldn't literally see him do something and know the truth and he will still lie about it, I catch him all the time :/

My husband does that, don't matter what he is doing but that he doesn't give me the full truth. 
 I'll ask what time he got up today?
 He'll say 6:30am
Then I find out it was 8am.
I say you told me 6:30.
He says ya I was up at 6:30 but fell back asleep, you never asked me what time I got out of bed. Eeeerrrr
Still love him just bugs me.

It might be that his parents were super strict and he got used to lying about his activities, even the innocent ones, to avoid getting in trouble. Those habits can be hard to break.

Mine was like that. It almost destroyed our relationship. After a while he realized he had a problem and started correcting himself immediatly after.  It was kind of funny but now he tells the truth. It was just a habit he had picked up from living with his mom and had a hard time quitting it.

I would say leave now while he's just your boyfriend. Because the lies can get bigger and it's better to leave before you two get really serious and it hurts more to leave. But first talk to him and tell him it bothers you and if he doesn't try to fix it leave.
