I am not ovulating! What helped you?

I am not ovulating! I have done ovulating tests and charting. I'm waiting to get into the doctor.. What all work for y'all? It's been 10 months since I've been off birth control and my period is still not regular. I do have Endo and cysts but they haven't been a problem. I also have a hypothyroid and my levels are great!
