Need advice & reassurance
I need advice! I've been off Nuvaring for 5 cycles now, have been timing ovulation and haven't conceived. I have a few things happening I feel may be warning signs and still trying to decide if I'm being a hypochondriac or could have something wrong. opk, CM and bbt say I ovulate day 17 and have had 27 day cycle past three cycles. I'm also stressed bc I have multiple friends with fertility issues and trouble conceiving Including my best friend who had ectopic pregnancy in January and had to have both tubes removed due to blockage. The issues I've been having are:
-2 day periods or 2 day and maybe spotting the 3rd day but nothing more. Most of the time during my periods the blood is brown and not red (gross sorry but true). I wasn't concerned about this on BC but thought my body would regulate by now. Everything seems normal after my period through ovulation.
-Day 16-19 around ovulation I have side pain and some cramping but seems much more intense this month than normal. I'm currently on day 19 and cramping.
-immediately start spotting brown discharge after ovulation until I start my period. Normally it's (tmi) creamy and brown. Yesterday (tmi) I had clear stringy CM mixed with a few clots of brown. Today is brown almost orange pink when I wipe.& Again, I thought this was from stopping BC but won't let up and is very frustrating.
-my luteal phase is only 9-10days and could be luteal phase defect from what I've been reading caused by low progesterone.
- starting about 5 years ago I started having night sweats hot flashes, acne, and extreme increase in oil to face and scalp. Dr did blood work and said everything was normal but it's been persistent ever since. I also just had a breast tumor removed (fibrodenoma, benign PTL!) which they said was due to hormones.
I appreciate any advice, suggestions, encouragement and prayers! I would love to think I'm overreacting and will get BFP soon but I can't help but feel discouraged and like something isn't quite right. Thank you in advance!
