Cramping after conception?

Hi ladies, TTC my rainbow baby and had sex twice during ovulation and now the day after second BD I am feeling cramping... Feels like the day before my period.  Is this a good sign or could it be an early sign of MC? I'm trying to stay calm, tell me what you think!
