I have had to switch to pumping exclusively, and while I am seeing a lot of benefits, one thing I cannot figure out is how long to pump before finishing. I read somewhere online that you should pump for 3-5 mi Utes beyond your last drop of milk, but that feels like you could get caught in a long cycle of never being done pumping. I want to make sure I'm pumping long enough to get a good supply of hind milk!!!
