I'm 14 and my nipples are like split in half. Literally. I think it's been like that since I was younger, but I don't really think its normal. It doesn't hurt or anything but if I squeeze it white stuff comes our from the split part. Whenever I ask my mom about it she just says to not touch it. Any advice plsplspls
