Advice??

So I'm currently on the pill (sprintec) a month ago I missed 4 pills straight. When I got to the sugar pills I bleed regular for 3 days. Then it stopped which is something that hasn't happened to me yet because I usually bleed for 7 days but I assumed it was normal. I started a new pack on the 4th and I had unprotected sex on the 8th and I was cummed in several times. I didn't think much about it because I'm on birth control but today (3 days later) I went to pee and was spotting little pink dots. Is this normal?
