Twins missed miscarriage
I lost both or my sweet babies! Last week at 6w5d we went in and saw two beautiful heartbeats, today at 7w5d both or my angel babies were gone, they couldn't find any heartbeats... I've had No sign of miscarriage, no bleeding, no pain... I go in for a D&C on Wednesday... I'm completely heartbroken!! Idk what to think or say, I have a 2yo so I have to be strong, but it took us a long time and many failed fertility attempts before getting pregnant with the twins... And now they are both gone...😢
