Nexplanon removal

Melissa • Happily married to an amazing husband. We are trying to conceive our third child, (first child together).
I had my nexplanon removed this morning. My husband and I are TTC. the nurse told us to wait 3 months to actively TTC as there is a higher chance of miscarriage. Has anyone else been told this. Why would there be a higher chance of miscarriage??? AF was normal while I was on it so no changes there.... Please give Opinions and advice ladies!!!
