How much should my almost 7 week old be eating?

I really need advice. I give her 4oz every two hours and she still acts hungry so I tried 5oz every three hours and it's still not working.

My daughter eats 3oz every 2-3 hours but know she wants to be eating 2oz every hour and a half the doctor told me it's normal sometimes baby's may look like they're hungry but they're not try giving her the pacifier and if you see that she calms down then she's not hungry that's what I do with mine lol but when she's hungry she takes the pacifier for like 2' min and starts crying 😂 so I give her and extra ounce

She might be going through a growth spurt. Babies need to feed more often (usually every hour) while they go through a major one. Is she acting fussier or sleeping less or more? Those are major signs of a growth spurt. My little one is currently under going one and she eats every hour and she's much happier since I researched what was going on.

5-6oz every 3 hours during the day. He sleeps 6-7 hours straight at night followed by another 3-4 hour stretch after he eats.

It really just depends on the baby..my daughter who is 6 weeks eats 6 oz every 3-4 hrs throughout the day and then takes her last bottle at about 9pm and she'll sleep through the night till 6am

1oz for every hour they are waiting normally. A bottle fed baby can be over Fed. Feed a normal amount then wait 15-20 minutes for baby's stomach to tell her brain she's full. If she still acts hungry after that try another oz. we did that with my nephew and sometimes he would eat 2oz sometimes he'd eat 10oz.
