Cramping?? Help!

Ok so I know I probably should ask a doctor this or a midwife but I don't have one lol and my DR is now off duty.Anyway, my SO and I had sex I want to say maybe 2 hours ago, and I was fine.Now I am cramping.it feels like menstrual cramps.They come and go, and I wouldn't say that they are gradually getting stronger, but it is increasing in pain just a teeny bit then it goes back to a less painful cramp.Should I go to the ER or is this normal? Lol I am a paranoid FTM so I'm always thinking that I am in labor lol 😂😂 but I want to know if any women out there have experienced this and what did you do?
