Blood pregnancy test

Hi girls, I'm 11-13 DPO and the tww is killing me! AF is supposed to be here in about 3-5 days (kinda irregular). If I have a blood test (beta) done tomorrow, will it show?

Also, I've been experiencing nausea all day since like 5 days ago, my boobs are tender, lots of cramps, took a preg test yesterday and had a BFN

It's my first month ttc 😊
