Confused?

So yesterday morning my so and I had sex, after we were finished I went to the bathroom and there was two spots of blood on the tissue, we went back to bed and I didn't think any more of it, a couple hours later I had brown discharge which lasted for most if the day. This happened on cycle day 29 could it just be my period starting, or is there a chance I may be pregnant, I have very irregular cycles, my doctor tested me for ovulation on cycle day 21 and it was anovulatory 😔, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
