Metformin ER

Ladies anyone taking metformin er get nausea? I've always heard of diahrrea as a side effect.... I just began taking it 2 days ago I take 2 750mg in the evening with meals,,, I now I've woke up this morning nauseated barely wanting to eat anything,, I'm wondering if this is from the metformin or something else because before I started taking it I had what I believe to be bad indigestion for a week and nausea as well... But now the indigestion is gone. & the nausea is back 😫😫😫
