Prenatal Yoga

So with the hospital I'm going to deliver at offers a free program called Labor of Love. It includes free prenatal yoga classes and I just signed up for my first class that's tomorrow! I can't wait to attend the class, maybe get a friend out of it since I have no friends here. I'll be 27 weeks tomorrow as well so I'm just excited and I want to do this class twice a month until I'm due (you can only attend 2 classes a month or I would do more lol)
