Am I that overweight?

I went to the OB/GYN today to have my IUD removed. And the doctor basically spent the whole time trying to convince me to keep it in until I can lose about 20 lbs. I'm 5'4" at 210 (without clothes about 207). I was sitting there spread eagle and everything and she's looking at me asking if I'm absolutely sure. As if I was there for any other reason than what I made the appointment for. This just made me feel terrible because I don't think I'm incredibly overweight and there are women who are larger than me who have successfully gotten pregnant and delivered healthy children. I know it wouldn't hurt to lose the weight, but am I wrong for feeling a little down about that?
