Avoid vitamin a (retinol or retinal.) You want folic acid about 400 micrograms. Vitamin D about 10 micrograms. I've normal bought a pregnancy specific prenatal vitamin. Although I've ended up on iron tablets both pregnancies as my iron levels dramatically dropped.

Try to find one with dha, folic acid, and if you can, iron!  Tons of brands out there
