Anxiety, need of help.

Does anyone else get stressed of have anxiety over labor or labor complications from reading or hearing other people stories. I'm trying to stay positive but I can't help but just to grieve with that person and start stressing about it and thinking about it. 😰 I pray for all the mommies out there and anyone going through heart ache. I'm 32 weeks and I'm so ready to see my baby boy here. Just all these stories. I stress too much. Help.
