Dehydration

I am currently 21 weeks 4 days. Had an appt yesterday and tried to leave my urine sample twice and was unsuccessful. Left one on my lunch break today and they called me to say that I am severely dehydrated and need to do something about it asap. I'm having a very hard time eating and drinking right now as I'm stressed about my fiance being arrested. I'm scared I can't get rehydrated. Should I go to the ER and get back on track?
