I need some reassurance/advice. I should be 5w5d right now according to my lmp. I went in for an ultrasound and we didn't see much. With my first pregnancy I had an ultrasound at 6w2d and you could not only see the gestational sac, but the little beaner too. This time around it looked like there may be a small dot, and she didn't even mention it. I'm the one who noticed it. I know nothing about dissecting an ultrasound, so I'm not even sure of what it was. She seemed to be looking around for awhile and didn't say anything the whole appointment, until the end when she said she thought she saw a little something. Has anyone else had experience with this? I've had two positive pregnancy tests and loads of symptoms, so why couldn't hey find a sac? Maybe I O'd late and I'm not as far along as I thought?
