birth control -- RANT

there's so much negativity on here when it comes to birth control...or really, the girls and their LACK of using birth control. has it ever occurred to people that maybe these girls ARE on birth control & they might have skipped a pill or two & therefore needed to use an emergency contraceptive? or maybe the girl's parents/family don't approve of birth control therefore there's no way to get on it if they're underage? or maybe like me, who are definitely planning being put on birth control but am currently waiting on my doctor's appointment (since it takes months to get it scheduled). I'm SO tired of seeing girls comment "wow maybe you should get on birth control if you don't want to get pregnant" & yeah, I understand why somebody would say that. but my point is that it's hard to tell what the situation is. & if a girl isn't on BC, then condoms need to be used...BUT NOBODY IS PERFECT. & sometimes using condoms doesn't always happen as often as we want it to! I feel like girls get so bashed on for using emergency contraceptives & people say "you need a better form of birth control" like who said they weren't on BC or planning on being on BC in the near future & just made a careless mistake? okay rant is over lol. thoughts are welcomed.
