Okay so I have like little dots all over my "downstairs" area and they are like kinda on the inside and they itch really bad... I don't know if it's a rash or an STD... How can I find out?

Did you shave recently? Could be razor burn or ingrown hairs.

It never hurts to get tested! You can get STIs out of the blue from oral and other kinda of sex! And if you get one it is not the end of the world!

If you're having unprotected sex you should be getting tested regularly. Majority of STIs don't show any symptoms (ex. chlamydia is known as the silent std). If I were you I'd try to make an appointment with your OBGYN or go to a local clinic to get tested for both STI/STD/HIV as soon as possible. they'll take blood & have you pee in a cup. My ex had bumps once and it ended up being an STD.
