Should we IUI now or wait?

DH has low motility/morphology etc sperm. Doc put him on CoQ10. Our insurance only pays for 3 iui. Should we wait until his sperm analysis is better, 3 months from now? or should we go ahead and trust the sperm wash from the iui? TTC over a year.

As much as it is our decision the doctor was just so optimistic, so we did IUI this month, I'm 5 days past IUI. 10 days left of the TWW, I'll keep you posted, FX! Baby dust to all you ladies with DH with the the low numbers, you've got a special place in my heart.

My husband has low everything! He has been on clomid since December now and last month his numbers were higher. Dr approved us to try iui this cycle. Went for baseline scan today and started clomid as well. Fingers crossed and baby dust to you!

Ugh, we are in almost the same situation! DH had good motility but low count and 0% morphology. We are debating between trying an iui now or waiting to see if his numbers improve. We have coverage for 3 IUIs but nothing for IVF.

For IUI you still need the sperm to be "good". So you should wait for improvement.
