I see some of these FTM rules about visiting and omg! Lol I'm gonna be protective to but holy moly some of these women's are just ridiculous. Such as no one can stay in the hospital. .. so your going to make your SO leave you at night? No visiting for more than 1 hour? I'd say stay as long as you want with exceptions. I'll hand you baby and maybe I'll take a shower or get to use bathroom without worrying about the baby or waiting on husband to get home.

Anyway I would say my rules are simple.

-Wash hands before touching baby

-No kissing on face or lips. Top of head is ok.

- understand there's a 98% chance I will be In shorts and nursing bra and might consider putting a shirt on. Better chance if you let me know before hand

- until I am healed I will not be driving to come see anyone csection or vaginal birth. I am an hour or more away from family.

-come see me as you wish. But do not be sick.

- I know my animals behaviour better than you. If my cat jumps in your lap while holding baby and tries separating you from baby he is simply protecting the baby.

What are some bizarre ones you have seen or heard? What are yours? Do you think mine are reasonable?
