TO NERVOUS!!

Today I am 16 DPO. Ovia Said AF should of arrived yesterday (haven't seen her) and Glow says AF should arrive tomorrow. My breast are sensitive, if I eat I run to the bathroom because everything goes straight through me, I am super nauseated, and my back feels like it's constantly being stabbed, the pain is so sharp. I want to test, but I am so nervous. What should I do? See if AF shows tomorrow or test today?
