Scheduled c section

For medical reasons such as being epileptic and severe SPD I am going to have a c section. I'm super nervous I'm sad I won't get to experience a vaginal birth but I should be happy baby and I are safe right ? It would be horrible if the pain of labor gave me a seizure which I have the worst you can get. Ugh I get why I'm having it but I'm still super scared !!! Any words to help me feel better?
