Ovulation after MC? How long did it take?

So I had an MC on the 24th of march. I was about 4 weeks so very early miscarriage. I bled until the 30th-31st. My Husband and I although we both are sad and disappointed about it, feel ready to start trying again. This will be our second child whenever we do get another opportunity to become pregnant and have the pregnancy stick. Well I have been taking OPKs since a couple days after I stopped bleeding. On the 7th of April I had cramping, a little bit of spotting and an ovulation test seemed positive. We had sex just incase. The next day and every day since, all the ovulation tests have been negative. Im not quite sure if I really ovulated that day or not. My question is, if any women have experience with this, how long did it take you to ovulate again after a MC? When did you regular AF and cycle come back? Thanks! Btw, here is the test I took on the 7th that seemed positive.
