Anyone else going through a growth spurt?

I read online about a growth spurt happening around 12 weeks and my son is coming up to that age. Yesterday he was awake a lot in the after noon, a couple short naps here and there but nothing serious like the hour and a half he usually sleeps between bottles. We have a loose bed time so he usually goes "down for the night" around 12am or 1 am and wakes up around 4am or 5am. Well last night he stayed up until 2:30 am and woke up at 8am. He seems restless too and keeps waking up and crying then immediately falling back asleep. He's been fussier then usual too, he always wants to be held but its more noticable that he wants it more.

Anyone else going through this? Know of any ways to help?, this is the first spurt he's actually been awake for he slept through the past ones
