Is this normal ??

I had unprotected sex March 18 I took plan be the next day he didn't cum in me but I didn't want to take a chance and it was close to my area , after taking the pill I haven't had any symptoms except a few cramps that last 2 minutes, I was supposed to start my period March 31 it's now April 14th and I still haven't started I'm 14 days late is this normal or is there something totally wrong here?
