My last period started on March 14th, ended on the 17th and I think I conceived on the 23rd. How many weeks pregnant am I? The app is telling me 4 weeks, but I think I'm less. No sonogram or doctors appointment until the beginning of May. Thanks for your help! It's my first pregnancy and I have so many questions!!!
