Really stressing NEED HELP ‼️

This is the first month me & SO officially said okay we're gonna try to conceive but not stress it . We used OPKS I ovulated a day after my period , we only did the deed twice Monday skipped a day & did it Wednesday (but multiple times in those days ) . A week later I started having mild cramps that has progressed that runs into my back & thigh on & off also tender/ sensitive nipples . Anyways It's scaring me , everyone's telling me it's signs of a cyst 😔 this will mess up everything 😔 . Can anyone tell me signs of a cyst ❓❓
