Lip Filler advice???

I've had lip fillers once before (Juvederm Ultra 3) and I bruised somewhat with them even though I did everything as told. I'm getting them re done tomorrow but I'm going on a night out after, and I know that you're not supposed to drink alcohol but is bruising the only thing the alcohol affects? I'm not too bothered about bruising I'm just worried in case it can affect anything else. And did anyone else drink with theirs? Also, did anyone apply makeup immeditely after?
