Am I farther then what my doctor thinks?

I measured at 24 cm which was a week ago and I'm 25 weeks 2days. I have had BH since about 16 weeks the past week I have had them everyday.  My baby is head down and also she has dropped twice within the two weeks and I get really intense BH every once in a while. About 5 days ago I had BH off and on 4 times throughout an hour but they got farther apart. I also just have this felling in going to be earlier then my due date and I've had pressure on my Pelvis for about a week. Has any one else dealt with this?
