Help.

My friend must have lost her marbles lately! Her and her boyfriend are having anal sex while ttc, weird I know, I've asked why and I have no clue she just says she enjoys it! After they are done she plays around with herself both in the vaginal and anal area trying to get the sperm he ejaculated in her into her vagina, what are her chances of getting pregnant doing this! So I can talk some sense into her and also how unhygienic that is!
