Help with cycle

My cycle ranges from 23-26 days. If I have 23 this month I would be due AF tomorrow. A week ago I had cramping and brown when checking my cervix. Increase in appetite and tingling nipples. Increase in cm and high soft cervix. Taken early test today and bfn. Does this sound like pregnancy symptoms? I have not felt my cervix hard like normal before AF and since ovulation it has been high and soft.please any thoughts need someone to talk to.tww.
