Cyst?!
I didn't ovulate or get my period this month, I'm going to see the doctor next week but thought I'd ask on here.
I recently got diagnosed with PCOS but was told cysts were small but plenty, my period is now a week late and my lower abdomen is really tender. Is there any chance a cyst could delay my period? I've been doing tests but all negative so far.
