Difficulty urinating

I'm waking up in the middle of the night needing to pee, I have the full bladder pain and everything. When I sit down to go, it is barely coming out. It's taking me pushing hard and having to pee for 2 minutes to empty my bladder. Has anyone else had this problem!?
