Hate my Apple-shaped body
Today was my first day that I worked out in a long time. I'm so disappointed in myself. I'm out of shape and I feel like I sucked today. I hate my body, I had a great body until our daughter. I have an apple-shaped body, is there anyway I can transform it into pear-shaped? I really want to focus on my legs and butt more than anything, even though my stomach needs a lot of work. Can I be Able to lose it with out doing ab work out? I just want a big ass and big legs. Tips? Also, what kind of foods should I be eating?
