PCOS Sucks :(

I am 30 years old and have 2 beautiful girls, I should be completely content, I was even ready to tie my tubes a year ago. I have PCOS and my girls were conceived, both times, by accident on a soy based diet as I was desperately trying to lose weight. I had the nexplanon in until early last month when we decided to try for a boy, took soy, Fertiliform, Cassava and did opks and hit everything perfectly. Tons of symptoms right after ovulation then on 6dpo I started spotting brown and immediately thought implantation bleeding, I was ecstatic. Then yesterday at 7dpo it turned into a ton of stringy clotting and dark red blood, but still not as heavy as my normal period (this is my 3rd cycle in 30 days btw). It just keeps going back and forth between dark brown cm and blood with clots. I'm so discouraged :(
