May be bad news

So four days ago I was having tightening and pin in my lower abdomen so I went to the ER. They did hcg at that was 4700 at 6 weeks exactly. The ultrasound just showed a yolk sac but said it may be too early for a fetal pole so I had follow up hcg and ultrasound yesterday and this is what came up. The doctor said he's not sure so he took another hcg and another ultrasound scheduled for next week. What do you guys think? This picture is the most recent ultrasound. 6 + 2
