Any recommendations? I noticed it's hard to get the clumps out when I just shake it up.

I blended it. Got a mini blender and did it that way. I also pre made a batch of bottles in our reg blender. Stored them in fridge and then heated it up when needed

No joke, a toddler plastic spoon. (Metal will cause a metalic flavor your baby well taste) My pediatrician suggested it to help with baby gas (shaking adds more air bubbles). Worked like a charm, simple, fast, easy to carry around.
