New to this
I was on Depo Provera (the shot) for almost 8 years. My last shot was in June 2015.
I had my first period since then from 4/2-4/7. I started bleeding again today.
I've had severe cramps and most of the blood the past two days has had some clotting in it.
Has anyone else been on Depo and had a severe first period?
