Holding my breath

Hello all.. im really trying to not get excited but im having a hard time i had a miscarriage in april of 2015 and i had a still born bby girl (Claire) Oct 8 2015 i was 33 week pg she had a very rare heart condition called ebstiens anomaly and she had downs syndrome we got tested and found out it does NOT run in our families.. i found out that im pregnant the same day i found out i was pregnant with Claire so im having mixed feelings i literally want to jump up and down and scream but im trying to hold back just in case ...my husband and I r so excited and cant wait to tell our families but we want to wait till after our first ultrasound... anyone else been here?
