Mother that take advantage of their children

I know this lady who makes me so furious she using her kids to get disability. She thinks he might be autistic and wants to get a check for him. What gets me mad is that this 6 year old little boy is the most smartest human being. He can have a conversation with me. He can be a little shy but he is perfectly fine. He shows me how much he loves me.  The mom is not preparing him right and not fighting for this child's right. She raising him to be disable. She just not helping him with homework or his language. Mom does not talk English at home so he might have a little but of a barrier with languages since she not talking to him in English. But siblings talk to him in English. She thinks he has a speech delay and  delay in learning. I'm tired of her bragging how she can't wait to receive a check for him. She doesn't work. She has all this free time to devote herself to helping him instead she wants her check. She setting the poor kid up for failure. I love him to death I known him since birth. I'm basically nanny.
