Sleepless nights/ production

I have felt so annoyed for the past 2 weeks I cannot sleep!! I am extremely sleepy at night and I get comfy and right as I'm dosing off I get a little jerk in my body and can't sleep. It's so annoying 😒 because it happened like 20 times at night. Also is there any way that my hormones are producing at night? I get these killer breast pains and kramps I feel like I'm getting a forever purple nurple and it just keeps hurting more and more btw I'm only 4 weeks, any suggestions?
