Natural water births??

Question

Any planning on having their child at home or hospital/center that does water births? Or already experienced that?? Tips, advice, suggestions, anything lol ??

I am so excited my hospital offers it and we are so taking them up on it! I am a swim teacher so let's be real it would be stupid of me not to since this kid is in the pool every freaking day right now 😂

I'm doing mine at a hospital, with a midwife, and as long as everything goes smoothly (no preterm labor!) I'll be doing a natural/water birth. I wanted to home birth but the midwife practice I chose does their births in a hospital. Which I guess does give you some peace of mind.

I really wanted to do a water birth for my little boy but they don't have water birthing at the hospital I'm at. I was pretty disappointed 😅 most likely for my 2nd (in the future) I'll do a water birth at home with a midwife.
