Weight gain
Hello mommies.
I am 5'7", pre pregnancy weight was 166. I am 21 weeks along. I have been maintaining a weight of 175 lbs today i weighted my self and i was 177lbs. I am worried about this weight gain. I have not changed my eating that much. I am eating more fruits and veggies.
Are there any exercise you tube videos you mommies use? Or exercises you do?
