Am I wrong?

So my ex mother in law watched my daughter since she was 3 months. She's always been there for me and my daughter even when me and her son split up. My daughter was 1 yr old when we split. Daughter is now 8yrs old. I just had my son with my current boyfriend and my daughters grandma has offered to watch our son when I went back to work. I know it's awkward. But honestly I would feel a lot safer if she watched him then sending him to a day care. My boyfriend is kinda iffy about it, but I'm hoping he sees that this would be the best thing instead of sending him to a day care? Is it wrong of me to push him to agree? We have no one else, so if she can't do it we need to look into a day care 😒
