implantation bleeding?

I'm 2 weeks late and about a week after my period didn't show, I had brown streaks in my underwear for 2 days so I thought it was making its appearance, but a week later still nothing. Glow shows I should have ovulated around March 17th, and the brown streaks showed up April 8th.. is that too late for implantation bleeding?
